limited selection hot food
The breakfast was not good, I must say. The hot food selection was really limited. It did not come out very promptly either! They could use signs showing what is available, that way you can hang around and wait. I was also a bit disappointed because I expected it to be as good as the Liverpool location.

superb location friendly staff comfortable bed
the location IS superb and really close to the train station. I found the staff very friendly and helpful . the ROOM had a large, bright, and comfortable bed with a kitchenette.
the air conditioning unit was SOMETIMES a little noisy.

clean room spacious room modern facilities dated furniture unreliable wifi poor insulation
The room was very clean and spacious. I had a king studio suite. The facilities were modern and functional. The breakfast was decent. The location is close to transportation hubs.
The furniture in the room felt a bit dated. The sofa had some stains, REALLY off-putting. The WiFi was unreliable. It kept dropping out. The noise insulation was not great, and I could hear noise from outside.
